Contacts Toolbar Disappeared

I'm trying to add a name to my Contacts but the toolbar isn't there. I
restarted but that didn't help. It was there last week when I added all my
contacts after setting up my new computer. This isn't the only problem I
have with Vista but it is what's aggravating me most today. Anyone know how
to fix this?

Right-click in a blank area of the folder, select 'Customize this Folder',
the set the template as 'Contacts'.

Hi Keith. I guess I didn't explain this correctly or I don't understand what
you're telling me to do. The Contacts folder is there but when I open it the
"add new contact" and "add new group" options were missing.
I decided to set a restore point and that took care of the problem so far.
Thanks for your help.

I understood that....'Add New Contact' and 'Add New Group' are only
displayed for folders that use the Contacts TEMPLATE. Other templates are
'All Items', 'Documents', 'Pictures & Video', etc.
