contacts not showing up in address book

Hi
When I try to sent an email and use the address book to access my contacts
a contact group that does not have my data in it shows up .
I tryed to change vie addres boook tools options to change what shows up
first to no avail .How do I get address book to work with the contact list
that has data ?

You have posted this message to the wrong newsgroup.
The access in this groups name refers to Microsoft Access, a database
program.
Please repost to the correct newsgroup for whatever Office program you
are using. I would suggest you include your Windows and Office version
number in the message.

The Microsoft webpage has misled you. The "access" in this group's
name refers to the database software Microsoft Access.

Please scroll down the list of subject areas and repost your question
in a newsgroup supporting your email software (Outlook?)
