Contacts in personal folder not available. Help!

I had an Outlook 2000 .pst file and recently started a new job with an
Exchange server using Outlook 2003. I've successfully added the .pst
file in addition to my standard one. It shows up under it's own
directory tree "Personal Folders", and I can get at the personal
calendar, personal notes, etc.

Under the contacts tab, my old contacts all show up under "Contacts in
Personal Folders", "Friends in Personal Folders", and so on. I can
right click on any of them and send "New Message to Contact". However,
if I ever click on the "To" or "Cc" buttons, the "Select Names" dialog
that comes up will not let me select from any of my personal folder
contacts. The same problem occurs when trying to select members for a
distribution list.

In the "Show Names from the:" dropdown box, it only has Global Address
List, Outlook Address Book > Contacts, All Address Lists > (All
Contacts, All Groups, All Users, Public Folders). My contacts in my
personal folders are not available under any of these options. How can
I make them available in that selection dialog?

Thanks.

Go to Tools - E-Mail Accounts select Add new directory or addressbook select
Addiotional Addresbooks select Outlook Address book select Finish.

That should do the job.

Right-click the Contacts folder you wish to appear in the Address Book.
Click Properties. Choose the Outlook Address Book tab and check the "Show
this folder as an e-mail Address book" box.
