Contacts from Outlook 2003 to Business Contact Manager

I have moved many of my Outlook contacts over to Business Contact
Manager, successfully, however there are a number of them that cause
an error when a move is attempted.

I open the contact and go to File menu and try to "move to Folder" and
highlight Business Contact Manager, Business Contacts. An error
returns saying: "Business Contact Manager has encountered a problem
and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience..."

About my system:
OS: Windows XP
Outlook: Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager Service Pack 1 (MS
Office Pro 2003, version 11.0.6361.0)

Is there any way to import/copy these Outlook contacts into Business
Contact Manager without having to retype them? There is nothing
special about these contacts that I am aware of which should be
causing a problem (for example there are no attachments in these
contacts).

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the reply.

Yes, drag'in'drop and copy'n'paste cause the exact error as well. It
seems like Business Contact Manager is choking on certain contacts
from Outlook.

Try comparing those contacts with others that work. What's the difference?
Different fields filled in? More information in the body?
