Contacts and Address Book

I have the infamous issue and I went into Control Panel to modify and/or add
a profile to fix and low and behold, the MAIL profile app is missing. I've
got all the other control panel apps, but not Mail. Anyone know how to
restore or get it from another Vista machine? I'm on a new machine and spent
the last 48 hours installing apps, so I don't know when it went away and
really don't want to restart the process with a system restore back to hour
1. Help !

OK, I found the Mail Icon. In Vista 64, you have to go to "Other OPtions"
then view 32 bit Panel options. !!!!
