Contact Manger startup keeps error

When I start up Outlook 2007, the Business Contact Manager Startup starts.
After I select "express" or "advanced" I get an error, "Database Creation was
unsuccessful because you do not have a vaild Mircorsoft Office 2007 license
to use Business Contact Manger for Outlook 2007."

I have Office Basic 2007. Everything else works, when I hit cancel, it goes
fine.

My disk says, Disc 1: Microsoft Office Basic 2007 with Office Professional
2007 Trial
Disc 2: Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager

So I SHOULD have the right licence since I supposedly paid for it.
