Contact Form Not Working - More Clues. In danger of "going Britne

I'm at my wits' end on this. Before I "go Britney" and pull my hair out, I'm
hoping someone can answer this. On previous posts under "bdunaway" I've said
that I've been having trouble getting a "Contact Us" form to work properly,
at least at my home. (Friends who've looked at the site don't seem to have
had problems sending me comments and receiving my confirmation page.)
Sometimes when I submit a form, I'm taken to a confirmation page. Other
times, I get a page that says "Frontpage Error - Contact webmaster, etc."

OK, it seemed to me that when using Internet Explorer 7, I sucessfully
reached the confirmation page about half the time. Tonight, I experimented
with different browsers after getting the "Frontpage Error" message on IE7.
When I used Firefox, I got the error, but when I used Opera and Netscape I
was taken to my confirmation page both times I tried. I received email at my
site, too, when using Opera and Netscape but did not when using IE and
Firefox.

Now, Chuck Davis in a much appreciated earlier reply suggested that the
problem was that I have specified a width of 750 and height of 1215. He said
people may have altered their fonts for readability and now their browsers
can't handle my page size attributes. I changed the height setting to 100%,
as he suggested, and things seemed to work well for a time. I didn't change
the width setting because when I did that it threw off the placement of the
graphics and text.

Question: Should I go ahead and change the width setting to 100% on the
Contact Us form and reformat the graphics and text to look good, or is there
something else at work here that 1) seems to occur in some browsers and not
others; and 2) may possibly be happening only when I access the form from
home? Is everyone using a 100% setting for height and width on forms?

Incidentally, I have checked that FP Extensions are installed by clicking on
http://www.momsofomaha.com/_vti_inf.html My form is located at
momsofomaha.com/siteforms/feedback.htm Any help greatly appreciated!

Thanks, Stefan. My quandary is this: If the contact form is not working for
me at home but seems to be working for others, how confident can I be that I
should go ahead and publicize my site and ask for visitor feedback? If
there's some glitch I can fix now, I'd love to do that rather than find later
that many people can't contact me.
