connecting via RDC to a win2000 non server computer

Hi
I would like connect to my workplace pc from home via RDC,
the workstation is running win2000. How do i do that, i
cant install winXP on it, and i cant upgrade it to win
2000 server

RDC = Remote Desktop, think i used the wrong name there :)

This isn't possible, since W2K Workstations can't be an RDP server,
only a client (i.e. you can connect from W2K to XP but not the other
way around).
You will have to use pcAnywhere or VNC or NetMeeting.
