Connecting to my windows xp home edition from my windows xp professional

when I am on my windows xp home edition computer and I
connect to my windows xp professional computer it works
perfect. BUT when I connect from my professional
computer to my home edition it doesn't work! It says:

\\(computername) is not accessible. You might not have
permission to use this network resource. Contact the
administrator of this server to find out if you have
access permissions.

The account is not authorized to log in from this station.
---

if you know what settings I need to change and how please
reply.

On the XP Home Edition computer:

1. Run the Network Setup Wizard to fully enable file sharing.

2. Open a command prompt window and type this command to enable
networked access by the Guest account:

net user guest /active:yes
