Connecting a wired nic to two different networks

Is there a way to create two different connections for one wired nic?
Sometimes visitors to our company want access to the Internet. We have a
dynamic connection to the Internet setup, but if the visitor has a static
connection setup to TCP/IP for their home network they can not get connected
through our dynamic connection. I change their laptop TCP/IP to automatically
obtain IP Address which removes their home network settings. It there a way
around this.

Not really.
Here are the solutions I can think of:

1) The simplest solution is simply to have the user write down their home
settings.

2) They could use the Alternate Config feature if they visit often enough to
justify it.
They enter their home IP address in the 'Alternate Config' tab, rather
than
entering it on the IP Address tab. Then leave it set to 'Obtain IP
Address automatically'.

Now, when they are in the office, it will pick up the dynamic config.
When they are at home, it will look for the dynamic address,
fail to get one, and fall back on the Alternate Config.

Downside is slow boot at home as it waits to see if a dynamic address is
going to appear before giving up. I think it waits for 60 or 90 seconds or
something like that.

3) Third solution is a multi-network manager program like netswitcher or
similar.
