connecting a win2000 machine to a win98 machine

I am trying to connect a windows 98 machine to a windows
2000 proffesional machine. I am able to see my 98 machine
from my 2000 machine, but when I go to see my 2000 machine
from my 98 machine I am asked for a password. I trying to
share files between these two machines. Any sugjestions
would be helpful.

Create a user account on the Win2K machine using *exactly* the same username
and password that the Win98 user uses to logon to his Win98 machine. All
should then be well.
