connected via vpn and outlook 2000 still asks for username/password/domain

I have a Windows 2000 Pro laptop that connects to our network via a
Watchguard Firebox PPTP vpn connection. It uses Radius authentication.
When the user is authenticated however and they open Outlook 2000 it still
requests their username/password/domain. How can I turn this off and allow
seamless authentication? The Exchange Server they are connecting to is
Exchange 5.5 on a Windows 2000 Server.

I have a similar problem. W2K Pro laptop connects via
Cisco VPN client. When they open Outlook they get
prompted, but when they enter their info they can't get
in. I made the person a member of the Administrators
group, and it worked. I don't want them to be an Admin.
The prompt randomly appeared, and other users have no
problems.
