Connect error with WinXP Home

We are running a Windows 2000 Terminal Server. We have an
employee who is trying to login from home. On their home
network they can login from a WinXP Pro computer, but when
she clicks on "Connect" from the XP Home computer is says
that the connection could not be made. Are there any
known compatibility issues between XP Home and TermServer
2000? Are there any local machine settings that might
need to be modified for the XP Home machine to connect?

Try using the IP address instead of the computer name, if
that's what they are using.

XP Home requires a TSCAL to be available so that the
terminal services license server can properly issue it a
license. Can you verify that the terminal services
licensing server has licenses available and that the
license server is activated?

Also, are there any eventlog entries on the terminal
server that would indicate a problem?
