conflict with SB Audigy Player and USB Controllers

Hello,

since 3 days Im trying to set up my soundcard together with the USB mouse in
my Win XP SP1. I use the ASUS M2NPV-VM motherboard. The Onboard sound is
switched off, the USB controllers too - I tried all versions.
I think it comes from a conflict with the interrupts but there is no was to
set up the SB's interrupt manually. Additional the system manager shows an
unknown PCI device??

Any idea?

Put the sound card in a different slot.
