Configure TS via the command line

I would like to configure the session limits (active\idle\disconnected)
for TS\RDP-TCP via the command line.

Everything mentions tscc.msc but this seems to be purely a GUI program.
Are the command line options I can use??

You should be able to configure all this through the
registry. Would this be acceptable?
