Configure Outlook to view all recipients of redirected mail

I am looking for a way for employees that work from home and have their work
e-mail redirected to their personal e-mail to be able to see all of the
original recipients of the redirected e-mail. Looking for a solution that
works with Outlook 2003.

What method is being used to "redirect" mail? I can think of at least 3 possibilities.

Currently just an Outlook rule. Created with the rule wizard.

But which Outlook rule action? Again, a couple could be considered to be "redirects."

You're using Exchange as your mail server?

yes, using exchange server.

the outlook rule:
Apply this rule after mssage arrives
redirect it to people or distribution list

That's not going to do what you want. You might have to use a rule with the "forward as attachment" action or set up a contact in AD that you can use as an alternate recipient for the mailbox.
