Configure hotmail account

I dont know why but i cant configure my hotmail account in Outlook. I choose
de HTTP server and then my hotmail account, but when I am done doing this and
outlook asks for my password it blocks and nothing happens. Do you know what
I´m doing wrong and how i can solve it??

Your Hotmail account is a premium, ie paid for account?
If it isnt you cannot use it within OL
