get the following message
An unknown error has occurred. Subject 'test', Account:
'pop3.talktalk.net', Server: 'smtp.talktalk.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server
Response: '554 smtp.talktalk.net', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): Yes, Server
Error: 554, Error Number: 0x800CCC6F
Unknown errors in Windows Mail are often due to interference from
an antivirus program. What if any antivirus programs do you have?
Does your connection to that server cross over from one internet
provider's equipment to another's before it reaches the server? If so,
such connections to port 25 are often blocked to keep spammers out,
so you may need to look for a way to use a port other than port 25.
Just trying all the ports is a very slow way to find out which ones work,
though, since there are about 65,000 ports available.
Port 25 and SSL are seldom used together, so check if both of them
are correct.
