Conditional Formatting

I have a summary worksheet showing yearly budget figures. What I would like
to do is create a conditional format whereby lets say the figures in the
February column are greater than the figures in the January column and so on
and so forth for the entire year. Feb greater than Jan; Mar greater than Feb
etc. etc.

If you have Jan in Col A, Feb in Col C and so on then select Col B-L
Choose conditional formatting
Choose Formula is
and enter the formula
=B1>A1
Choose formatting
Click Ok
