Conditional formatting to change colour based on part of a cell

I have got a large column of data called MISC. All items in this colum
have random bits of texts. What I want to do change the colour of the
cell if it has a certain word typed within that cell. I have tried to
do this with conditional formatting but Excel does not seem to accept
me putting a '*' as a wildcard against "Cell value is equal to". Is it
possible to do this in Conditional formatting?

Nothing seems to happen when I change the cell numbers and the word
that I am looking for. The problem in the other post is not exactly
the same to my problem so will it require a slight change of formula
apart from changing the word I am searching for and the cell number.
