Conditional formatting Question

Dave

Excel 2003

I want one cell conditionally formatted based upon the value in another
cell.

EX:
Text in c3 is RED if the value in cell h3 is less them .70

Thanks

Select C3, and click on Format | Conditional Formatting. Choose
Formula Is in the first box rather than Cell Value Is, and enter this
formula in the next box:

=H3<0.7

Then click the Format button, and choose your Colour. If you want to
affect the background colour as well then click the Patterns tab and
choose a colour. Then OK your way out (twice).

Hope this helps.

Exactly what I needed (and I feel really stupid I did not get that one on my
own :( )

Thanks
