concentric circles

I want to draw cencentric circles so I can model the Solar System. (I'm sure
2003 had the "draw from centre" option?)

However careful I am with the grid, when I rotate the circles they "wobble".

How can I draw concentric circles?

One way to do it:

Hold the Ctrl (Control) key and Shift key down at the same time while
creating your circle. This causes to draw from center and keeps it at a
circle. Now, why would you want to "rotate" a circle? Just curious!

To create "rings" or true concentric circles, create a point (I use the
arrow drawing tool and delete the arrow after the items are drawn) on the
"canvas" where you will start each circle's center. Do the Ctrl + Shift
draw of the first circle to the size you desire with the mouse sitting at
the beginning point you created. Draw the next one and so on until you have
all your circles drawn.

If you have the circle fill turned off as the default you will be able to
see any smaller circles under the one you are drawing (you need that anyhow
unless you draw from big to small and then arrange the circles.

Hope this helps, let us know.
