My computer will not start up. I push the power button and nothing
happens. I have replaced the power supply and Motherboard. The light of
the mother board turns on, but thats it. Could it be is the RAM or the
CPU. Any ideas??

Thanks for your help.

No beep at start-up suggests that the motherboard has died..

When you disconnect the computer for at least 15 minutes, do you hear the
fans briefly starting up when you reconnect to the mains?. If yes, your
power switch is not connected or is gone. Replace it, or use(change) the
reset button as power switch

After 15 minutes I hear nothing. Can a computer start up without RAM or
a CPU? Just get to the Bios? Those are the only two things I havent
replaced. Motherboard, Power Supply and Case are all brand new. I'm
taking the expensive way in finding the problem.

You won't get very far starting without RAM or a CPU but a little bit
should happen anyway--I've done it once while troubleshooting. You
won't get nearly as far as the BIOS--that requires a CPU.

No CPU: The fans spin up, that's about it.

No RAM: Beeps.

No Video: Beeps.

CPU + RAM + Video = get to the bios.

Incidently, another possibility is that the power switch is not
connected properly.
