Computer Turning On

Hi,
Could someone out there tell me why my computer keeps
turning on by itself? I perform the (Turn off)at night
and in the afternoon the next day it will turn on. Last
night I did the shut down and two minutes later it turned
on. Can anyone tell me why? Does this have anything to
do with "Hibernation"? Any help would be appreciated.

Is this PC on a LAN?
Some configurations are set to wake up if network
activity is detected.
