computer keeps freezing

Hi, I was wondering if anyone can help me, my computer
keeps freezing up, then starts again. I tried to clean
the files, and the cookies, etc. It hasn't helped. When
I play games the screen freezes for a couple of seconds,
then continues. Help?

it may be your drivers. try to update your graphic cards driver.
(it may also be a hardware error)
