Computer is slow...

I am using DELL Dimension 2400. Sometimes it is slow. I run Ad-Aware
every other day and defragmented weekly.

Physical memory is 129024
Free space is 27.97 GB, 75% free space.

Should I buy more memory chips (from where?) to increase memory? I get
a slow virtual memory warning every week or then.

Looks like your system is running on 128Mb of memory which is very low for a
personal PC, mine runs on 1Gb memory, 8 times the memory you have, so by
increasing the memory you will increase the performance of your computer.

You can get extra memory for your Dell through Dell's website, you could
also try Crucial.
