Computer freezes at Startup

I just formatted and reinstalled a fresh copy of Windows
xp. However, every time I try to reboot, the screen
freezes on or right after the Home XP Screen. I have to
reboot and it will do it again. I can start in Safe Mode
with Networking support, and occasionally it will start
normally, but what could cause this to happen?

Loraine, maybe your Power Supply is getting flaky. Go here and download
Motherboard Monitor. You can use it to
determine whether your PSU voltages are dropping too low.
