Computer cold boots

Every time I play any game the computer shuts it's self
off after a few minutes of play time (that is all games
and games only). I have noticed also some how my program
files in C drive are being used by the OS (XP) don't know
why.

Hi Joan,

Your system is most likely restarting as a result of a STOP error.
To stop this behavior and to analyse the error, try the steps in
this article: http://www.mvps.org/marksxp/windowsxp/bsod.htm

Some program files are used by Windows, for example, the MSN
Gaming Zone folder contains a "Windows" subfolder which you
cannot delete as it's protected as part of the operating system. To
delete it would require using the Add-Remove programs applet. :)
