Computer clock can't be updated from the net

When I try to update my computer clock via the tab "internet time" (or
whatever it's called in the English version of Vista) I get the message:
(freely translated from Swedish)

An error occured when the operating system synchronized with
time.windows.com The client could not send a request

I have Windows Ultimate Edition (mom has Home and it doesn't work there
either) and we both have Panda Internet Security 2008.

I would suspect that you have a firewall that panda put in effect. If you
open the options of that firewall, you will be able to create an exception
for the time server. At IE, Tools menu, Options, Security tab, the 'Trusted
Zone' and 'sites' button will let you add the time server address.

Thank you. I actually found the setting in Panda and it now works. I thought
that I had already tried that... I didn't need any changes in IE.
