Computer bought in Denmark

Hello ,
I have an friend who is an expat and travels around alot. After a few
years in Denmark she has now arrived in Belgium with a Danish windows
XP package.
Is there anyway we can change her system to English without having to
reformat and purchase an English XP package??

No, she will have to buy an English version of XP.
