computer account access

Hello Experts

Scenario: Windows 2003 server, single active directory and XP client

I would like to know if it is possible to share a folder in the
Windows 2003 server and assign security/sharing options based only on
computer account name . With no much luck, I have tried given full
access to computer accounts.
I would like to share a folder in the server and give access only to
specific computers regardless who is logging in.

Thanks for any help

This would be a much better question to ask in
microsoft.public.windows.server.active_directory.... but the answer is
(sorta) yes, you can assign NTFS folder permissions to computer accounts.
I've done this before for software installation via GPO. I'm not sure how
well it will accomplish what you wish, tho - if your logged in *domain*
users are trying to access the resources, it will always be using *their*
credentials, AFAIK.
