Completly disable Guest Account

Smart Kids

I am trying to use a workstation pc as a backup server. I am running
Windows XP and trying to install an application that comes with MYSQL.
When I begin the install, set-up stops and tells me I must inactive the
Guest Account. I've gone through the Control Panel and disabled the
account. When I try to install again, the application still sees the
Guest Account and won't complete the install. Help! and Thanks...

The guest account in question is the notoriously insecure MySQL Guest
account, not windows XP.
