Compile error message

[Telephonics]

I wuse Win XP-Home SP-2 and I.E. 6.0 When I open my word 2003 program I get
the following message

Compile error in hidden module: uifuctions
If I click on the ok box word seems to operate ok

How do I eliminate this problem pls?? I do not use Adobe nor Norton programs
