Compilation error with IIS6.0 on Win Server 2003

Hi

I have recently configured a server to run on Windows
Server 2003. I installed IIS6.0 and used
aspnet_regiis.exe to enable aspnet_isapi.dll.

When I try to access a static page, I see it perfectly,
however, when I try to access any dynamic pages (aspx,
asmx...), I get a CS0016, compilation error. It says it
could not write to output file
c:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.Net\Framework\v1.1.4322\Temporary
ASP.NET Files\WebSiteName\9bc2498f\2a863c34\kag1z89k.dll -
- Access is denied

When I navigate to the relevant directory, I don't even
see the dll that they are referring to.

Has anybody got any ideas on what I could be doing wrong?

Thanks!
