Compatible programs with Access program

I am currently using 2003 Access (from 2003 Office Suite).
I am going to get another computer which I need an access-compatible
program.
Is there any open-source program or shareware which is compatible with
Microsoft 2003 or 2007 Access program?

You can open and read an Access table from Excel. As far as OpenSource,
while there may be a few programs that can read or write to an mdb, there
is nothing out there that does what an Access front-end does.
