compatibility with XP

I am using Windows XP. I need an older version of Access (2007 will not work
- long story). I've done some Google searching trying to figure out which
versions are compatible, but I'm getting mixed information. Can anyone tell
me which version(s) work best with Windows XP (excluding 2007)? Thank you.

I'm not exactly an Access Power User, but I support several Access users.
None of my folks have had any problems at all with Access 2003 or Access 2000

Any version of Access will work on Windows XP (although I certainly wouldn't
advise using a 16 bit version!)
