Compatability with Spyware Doctor

Spyware Doctor detects the following HKLM type spyware
that MS does not: Slotchbar, Altnet, C-Dilla, IE Plugin,
Tracking Cookie, and HKCR type: Virtual Bouncer.

I already have two spyware programs running and not ready
to purchase a third if the above spyware can be rooted
out.

Any suggestions?
