Compaq Tablet Q-Menu clashes with AntiSpy

I have a Compaq TC-1000 tablet system. The Q-Menu is a
utility that lets you change basic operational settings in
the system. With MS AntiSpyWare running, if I try to use
the Q-Menu, it opens and closes continually, with a new
AntiSpyWare icon showing up in the task bar each time.

If I open AntiSpyWare the cycling stops and usually stays
stopped even after closing AntiSpyWare until I try to open
the Q-Menu again. If I shut down AntiSpyWare, the Q-Menu
works normally.

Which version of the QMenu are you using? Have you ever updated it? I have
a T1000 also but have not put MSAS on it - it's slow enough as it is!

Version 1.0, Rev C1. Never thought of looking for an
update. I'll have to check on that. Thanks for the
suggestion.
