compacting problem

I got error message 3010
tempMsysACCESSOBjects already exists

I was trying to compact and repair my database. An hour earlier, during a
compact and repair I accidentally closed ACCESS . could that have caused it?
What do I do? I can't compact and repair?

Hi Mark!

I have never had this problem but you could try with first of all show all
objects in the database window. Some are by default unvisible and you can se
them if you check the checkbox "Show system objects" in Tool/Alternative and
tab "Show" (or what ever in english version).

If you then find this object then delete it and try compact and repaire
again. Just make sure you have a backup before doing this!
