compact & repair

I have my application on the front end - on everyone
computer -- and the backend on a 'dedicated pc'.
I have a 'compact & repair' on close in my macro when
the user clicks on Exit. I had always assumed this
compacted the backend also but it isn't. How do I get the
backend to automatically compact & repair? Otherwise it is
getting very large.

I havn't used this but try the RogersAccessLibrary:
