CommonDialog Problem

Recently when I start my computer I get this error
message. Need to know How I can fix the problem.

Failed to Load control 'CommonDialog' from comdlg32.ocx.
Your version of comdlg32.ocx may be outdated. make sure
you are using the version of the control that was provided
with your application.


So what is the solution.

1. Wrong newsgroup.

2. My best guess is that you recently installed a program, after which you
started to experience this behavior. Said install program probably behaved
badly and rudely copied an old version of comdlg32.ocx into your system32
directory.
