If the worksheet range to print isn't too big, you could take a picture of the
range:
Select the range and shift-Edit|copy picture.
Then paste into your favorite graphics program (or a new worksheet) and print
from there.
Another option is to add shapes (like triangles to the cells with comments).

If you like the shift-edit|copy idea, you can actually make the picture dynamic.
copy the range, but do shift-edit|paste picture link. It'll update when you
change the original range (including comments).
