CommandButton used to hide and unhide rows

If I have a Commandbutton.1 and when one someone clicks on it how do I get it
to unhide Rows 64:69. Then how do I set it up to automatically due the task
each time the button is selected.

The best way to learn is to record a macro while doing this>clean it
up>assign to the button or a shape.
