When I open command prompt I receive the following:

C:\Documents and Settings\Owner

How do I change where it says Owner to another name?

Hi,

By creating an account with a different name and then using it. That is the
default target (%userprofile%), but you can right click the cmd shortcut and
select properties, then change the target path ("Start in").

Create a new profile with the name you want. Copy the settings from the
owner profile if there are any there that you need to keep, then delete
the owner profile.
