Command prompt II

C

Curt Christianson

Good afternoon all,

Forgive me if this has been asked before, but is there somewhere I can go to
find a list of all the DOS type commands XP *does* support, as I'm
certainly finding a lot of DOS commands it doesn't.

Many TIA,

Open a command prompt, type: help and hit Enter.

Command-line reference

Start | Run | Copy and paste the following line:

hh ntcmds.chm

Click OK.

Double click on the closed book icon.
-----

Command-line reference A-Z

Start | Run | Copy and paste the following line:

hh ntcmds.chm::/ntcmds.htm

Click OK.

I have a shortcut to
%windir%\hh.exe ms-its:c:\Windows\Help\ntcmds.chm::/ntcmds.htm
on my Start Menu.
