Command-line switch

What's the command line switch to get Outlook 2002 to be minimized on
launch. I'm setting Outlook to launch on start-up, but I want it minimized.
Win XP Pro, Office XP (OL 2002).

I don't think there's a command line switch for that but there's a setting
on shortcuts that you can set to have it start minimized.

You've confirmed my suspicions that there isn't a "start minimized" switch.
