Comcast & OUtlook

I set up OUtlook to work via my Comcat high-speed internet. OUtgoing e-mails
from Outlook work fine, but I can't receive e-mails via outlook.

I've checked my settings and Norton Firewall and Anti-virus.

I e-mailed Comcast and they said it is an Outlook issue.

It probably more of a norton firewall/antivirus issue. If either of these
offer the ability to scan POP3 email in real-time, can you
uninstall/reinstall w/out the e-mail integration?

ps - you might want to disconnect the network connection or turn off the
comcast modem while you do this. this will ensure that nothing can bang the
machine while you performing the uninstall/reinstall.

Well - for those of you more computer savvy than me, this may be a "duh"
moment, but I figured it out. All you have to do is go to tools and take the
"send/receive all" option. Thanks, though! I really appreciate the fact that
you responded.
