I have an UNBOUND combobox whose ROW SOURCE is a query. Three columns are
selected. I want to enable the OnChange event. However, when I do, and then
the event attempts to fire, I get this error:
The expression OnChange you entered as the event property setting produced
the following error: A problem occurred while Microsoft Access was
communicating with the OLE server or ActiveX control.
* The expression may not result in the name of a macro, the name of a
user-defined function, or [Event Procedure]
* There may have been an error evaluating the function, event, or macro
I have a PUBLIC variable which I want to fill with the bound column's value.
That's all I want the event to do. But as long as I have ANY event defined
for the combobox, I get the above error. I just don't get it.
Any ideas would be most appreciated.
