Combining multiple ethernet under a virtual card

I have a laptop that has a wireless card, an integrated ethernet and a
USB ethernet card, is there any driver that combines all cards into
one allowing perhaps for faster virtual speed? Does this make any
sense? Basically at any given time my system is only using one card,
usually the faster among all three (the integrated ethernet), but I
believe that all three should be possible to be used concurrently
under a single virtual connection, like a multiplexer.
