combine two database templates

I have found two Access templates that have tables I need to incorporate into
one database. How do I combine the Events Management and Membership templates
so that they work properly? My knowledge of Access is limited.

well, you'll need to either increase your knowledge of Access, or work
with someone who does know Access.

You can use File... Get External Data... Import to import tables and
forms, but (given that I have not worked with these templates) I have
no idea whether the table designs are such that they can be integrated
easily, with difficulty, or not at all without a complete redesign of
one or the other.

Thank you. I had already done what you suggested... but am having trouble
with the rest of it. What I am trying to do is create a database for a
non-profit membership organization that holds meetings, has an educational
program, committees, etc. I do not, however, need to track any financials
here. What I am having trouble with is the forms and subforms when I get rid
of/or edit a table... I believe I have figured out the relationships and the
switchboard. If this is the only way to combine the tables then I am just
going to have to figure out the rest as well. Thanks again. Lisa
